Sue Rose, LPC
Meet Sue:
Change can be expected or unexpected, happy or sad, exciting or traumatizing. You need support during life transitions and changes. Together we can process, reflect, plan, and move along in this crazy thing called life. I want to help you rediscover your authentic self and become the best version of you in your next phase. Life changes or transitions can include marriage, divorce, remarriage, blending families, birth of a child, going to college, sending kids to college, moving, changing jobs, retiring, aging, illness, loss of a loved one and so on.
I work with individual adults and couples. Besides working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, my passion is grief work, especially suicide grief. Grieving the loss of a loved one is hard enough without all of the unresolved questions and emotions after a suicide. I can help you process those feelings and emotions that tend to linger after a suicide. I am a certified Survivors of Suicide (SOS) support group facilitator.
My goal is to embrace your goals and help you reach a new level of life satisfaction. I can help you reconcile with yourself and your situations so that you can move forward into the next phase with confidence.
