“Vulnerability is not winning or losing. It’s having the courage to show up when you can’t control the outcome.” ~ Brené Brown ~
Meet Dawn:
Are you feeling hopeless? Stuck? Unmotivated? Fearful? Overwhelmed? Uncomfortable in your skin or in your relationships? Uncertain of who you are or feeling as if you are hiding your true self wherever you go? Counseling provides a unique and individualized solution to the various challenges and obstacles experienced within life.
Recently returning to the area as a “half-back,” I have a vast array of experience within various therapeutic techniques and utilize what is best for everyone within each situation. I aim to create a gentle, safe space where you will be heard and supported without judgement as we navigate through your concerns, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, frustration, and other feelings you might be experiencing. I will bring my expertise in therapy to collaboratively find the relief and the balance you seek while encouraging self-efficacy and empowerment.
